Over one in four Americans do not have dental insurance and an estimated 40% skip dental visits because of the cost. Poor dental health can significantly affect your mouth and overall health and well-being, like diabetes, leading to even higher healthcare costs. Dental discounts make oral healthcare more affordable, with savings on cleanings, X-rays, crowns, root canals, fillings, and specialty care like orthodontics. You and your family can get the care they need as often as they need it, with no limits or restrictions on use. Maintaining good dental health through regular check-ups, proper hygiene, and preventive care is crucial for your mouth and overall health and quality of life.

Poor vision health can have far-reaching effects on your daily life and overall well-being. Additionally, with an aging workforce, eyestrain from the increased use of computers, and more than 60% of workers requiring vision correction, vision care is one of the most desired benefits. Vision discounts help families save on vision health products and services, whether or not they have vision insurance. Regular eye exams and early intervention are crucial in maintaining good vision health, preventing complications, and preserving your independence and overall quality of life. HealthPERX discounts can be used to buy additional glasses or contacts at participating providers even if the insurance benefit is exhausted. Vision discounts include savings on:

Is this legit?
Sure is. Our dental benefit is powered by Aetna Dental Access® and they have some experience in the world of healthcare.
How is this different than traditional insurance?
It is different in all the right ways. It’s very affordable, easy to use, and hassle-free. Below is a comparison guide between discount dental programs and dental insurance.
DISCOUNT DENTAL PROGRAM:
DENTAL INSURANCE:
Even if you already have dental insurance, you can use your discount dental program when you have hit your annual maximum or for services not included in your dental insurance plan. (Please consult a participating dentist or dental care specialist before beginning treatment.)
How long until I get my discount card?
It varies, but generally, your physical cards will arrive in 7-10 days. You’ll receive a digital card within 24-48 hours that you can use immediately.
How many times can I use the Dental benefit?
There is no limit to the amount of times your benefit can be used.
What if my dentist is not a participating provider?
You can recommend a Provider through the app, online, or by calling Member Support. Submit the provider’s information, and Aetna will contact the provider about joining the network.
Can I receive a discount at any dental office?
To receive your discount, you must visit a participating provider. You can find participating providers in the app or online above. Alternatively, you can call Member Support Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, for questions or help locating a provider.
Can I use this along with my current dental insurance?
Absolutely! Many people use our discounts to reduce out-of-pocket costs once they’ve reached the annual maximum on their dental insurance. In accordance with insurance policy rules, you cannot use your dental insurance and your dental savings plan for the same procedure. However, your dentist can help you coordinate treatment using your savings and insurance plans.
Is there a cap to how much a procedure costs? Or how much can I save each year?
There is NO cap. Use as often as you like, for any treatment, at any cost.
What is the vision benefit? Does it include eye exams? Does it include contact lenses?
The vision benefit offers 30% to 60% discounts on eyewear and eye care at more than 20,000 vision providers throughout the United States. Providers include national optical chains such as LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Visionworks, and JCPenney, as well as regional chains and thousands of independent practitioners. Often, many participating locations offer discounts of 10% on eye exams for both eyeglasses and contact lenses. Additionally, the ophthalmology portion of the network offers 10% to 30% discounts on eye exams and surgical procedures, including the popular laser surgeries in select markets.
On average, members receive a 20% discount on replacement contact lenses (excluding disposable lenses) at retail locations. Members may elect to use the mail order service to purchase replacement contact lenses (including disposables) at a 20% to 40% discount.
Is there a limit on the number of times the benefit can be used?
There is no limit on the number of times the member or family member can take advantage of the savings provided by CTC.
Why does the discount vary from 10% to 60%?
Several variables, including market demographics, location, hours of operation, and one-hour service capability, are involved in the calculation of the discount in retail businesses. The level of retail markup is another key factor that influences this calculation.
Example: A chain provider in a major metropolitan mall, open seven days a week, 10 hours a day, with an on-site lab, will more than likely have a different markup than an independent practitioner in a rural community. However, members will pay almost the same price for the same materials regardless of where the purchase is made. Only the percentage of discount off retail may vary.
Do I get the discount if the store is running a sale?
The location will not combine our contracted discount with the sale price. However, in most cases, the Coast To Coast Vision price will be better than the sale price.
Do the retail locations mark up the merchandise to give me the discount?
No, you receive the discount because CTC brings the buying power of millions of members to the optical retailers participating with us.
How can I be guaranteed the greatest savings on contact lenses for me and for my husband?
Although members receive a 10% to 20% discount when purchasing replacement contact lenses at participating optical centers, the greatest savings and selection are often offered through the mail-order program. Replacement contact lenses are discounted at 20% to 40% below retail.
Can I purchase disposable contact lenses at a discount through a participating optical center?
Unfortunately, no. Disposable lenses are generally priced as “loss leaders” at retail stores. However, members can use the mail-order contact lens program to receive discounts when ordering disposable lenses.
What if my contact lenses are destroyed while I’m on vacation?
Simply call the toll-free number on the back of your membership card. The patient registration keeps your prescription on file until it expires, and we can send your replacements overnight to you almost anywhere in the world.
What is LASIK?
Laser-assisted in Situ Keratomileusis (LASIK) is an outpatient treatment that uses an Excimer Laser (cool beam of light) to gently reshape the front surface of the eye (the cornea). Reshaping the cornea redirects the light angle as it enters the eye to refocus correctly on the retina, allowing images to be more sharply focused. Vision recovery is rapid, and there is little or no post-operative pain. With refractive procedures, your dependence upon glasses and contact lenses should diminish significantly.
Can LASIK be done if I have astigmatism?
Yes, the LASIK procedure has been approved to effectively treat astigmatism, myopia (nearsightedness), and hyperopia (farsightedness).
Is this a co-pay insurance card?
No. This membership is a discount card offering reduced prices. You are responsible for paying the pharmacy 100% of the discounted price.
What if the pharmacy doesn‘t recognise the card’s name?
Always make inquiries in person, and bring your card with you. If the pharmacy still has questions, have them call the Pharmacist Help Desk number on the back of your membership card.
Where can I use New Benefits Rx for pet medications?
New Benefits Rx for pet prescriptions is like the human discount program and can be used at more than 60,000 participating retail pharmacies that fill pet prescriptions. Easily search for participating pharmacies and pick the one closest to you.
What types of prescription drugs for pets can I find through New Benefits Rx?
